Tailored to who you're celebrating

A menu and a moment built around the guest of honor

We tailor the menu to who you're celebrating. A Bar Mitzvah is not a Sweet 16; a Quinceañera is not a 70th anniversary. The truck and the cart are flexible canvases — we work with you on what fits the day.

Don churns the ice cream fresh on-site. Dorothy walks you through the menu and the venue logistics. The Carrs have been doing this in Palm Beach County for over ten years, so the small things — flow at the truck, pacing through service, clean pack-out — happen without a planner having to manage them.

Milestones we serve

Six celebrations we know inside out

Bar & Bat Mitzvah

The dessert moment after the candle lighting — or a late-night sundae bar that pulls everyone off the dance floor. We coordinate around your party planner's run-of-show and tailor the menu to the day.

Quinceañera

The court, the chambelanes, the changing-of-shoes moment — a fresh-churned ice cream bar is the kind of detail guests still talk about at the next family event. We tailor the menu and pace the service to the court's entrance.

Sweet 16

A milkshake bar with flavor shots, a sundae station with toppings the way teenagers actually want them, or a soft-serve cone moment for the grand entrance. We work with you on what fits the guest of honor — it's their party.

Milestone Birthdays

40th, 50th, 60th, 70th, 80th. Backyard, country club, or a private dining room — the truck reads as nostalgic and grown-up at the same time. We pair the menu to the era the guest of honor wants to celebrate, and we keep the service quiet, clean, and on time.

Anniversaries

Twenty-fifth, fortieth, fiftieth — a fresh-churned ice cream bar lands as a thoughtful, personal addition to the night. We'll talk through the menu and any specifics during the inquiry.

Graduations

High school, college, graduate school — outdoor parties, country club lunches, or backyard receptions. We coordinate with the start time so the truck arrives after the speeches and stays open through the photos.

How we tailor each event

A few ways we make it feel like theirs

  • Menu tailored to the guest of honor

We'll talk through flavors, vessels, and sundaes that fit the day. Have an idea you'd like to incorporate? Ask us during the inquiry and we'll see what's possible.

  • A cart that fits your décor

The white cart pairs cleanly with hydrangeas, fairy lights, balloon arches, florals in your party palette, or a backdrop. We'll coordinate with your planner or florist so the cart slots into the look you're already building.

  • Dessert setup options

Every event is a little different — ask us about your dessert setup during the inquiry and we'll talk through what fits your venue and your guest flow.

  • Dietary requirements

Reach out and we'll discuss any dietary requirements for your event — kosher, dairy-free, nut-free, gluten-conscious. Don preps the ice cream on-site, so accommodations are a real conversation; share what you need at the inquiry stage.

Milestone FAQs

What planners and parents ask us

Do you accommodate kosher requirements for Bar and Bat Mitzvahs?

Reach out and we'll discuss any dietary requirements for your event. Don preps the ice cream on-site, so kosher and other accommodations are a real conversation. We'll be straightforward about what we can and cannot do for your level of observance during your inquiry, before you book.

Can you coordinate around a Quinceañera court entrance or the candle lighting at a Bar Mitzvah?

Yes. We work to a run-of-show. Tell us when the court arrives, when the candle lighting happens, or when the toast goes — and the truck or cart opens at the right beat. Dorothy handles the timing details during your inquiry, and we confirm the schedule again the week of the event.

Does the truck work indoors, or only outside?

The truck operates outdoors. The white event cart is the indoor option — it serves the same hand-churned ice cream and fits into a country club ballroom, a private dining room, or a covered patio. If your venue is partially covered or has a courtyard, we will walk you through which setup makes sense during your inquiry.

Is the setup photogenic enough for the party photos?

Yes — both the truck and the cart are designed to read on camera. The truck wordmark is the signature object; the cart pairs cleanly with florals, fairy lights, balloon arches, or a backdrop. Many of our event photos are from guests' phones because the moment at the truck is one of the things people instinctively photograph.

How much lead time do you need to lock in the menu?

A few weeks of lead time is comfortable for finalizing the menu. Faster is sometimes possible — ask when you inquire. The final menu is typically locked in a week or so before the event so we have time to prep cleanly.

What guest count ranges do you handle for milestone celebrations?

We comfortably serve milestone celebrations from intimate backyard parties of 25 to large country club events of 250-plus. The pacing, the number of servers, and the choice between truck and cart all scale with your guest count. Share the headcount range in your inquiry and we will recommend the setup that flows best.
