A family business, one truck
The Scoop Coop has been locally owned and operated in Palm Beach County for over ten years. In 2022, the Carr family continued The Scoop Coop's legacy — same truck, same focus on doing one event at a time the right way.
Each member of the family uses their skills to best help the business. Don is the ice cream man — he churns every ice cream fresh for each event. Dorothy is our manager, handling all bookings, inquiries, and the flow of ice cream orders. Savannah runs social media and marketing. Leah is our photographer and Don's ice-cream-making apprentice.
When you book The Scoop Coop, you are hiring the people who own the truck. There is no commissary, no franchisee, no day-of subcontractor — it is the four of us, the equipment we maintain, and a small playbook we have refined over a decade of local events.

Don makes every flavor fresh at your event. No commissary trays, no pre-pack tubs, no cold-chain handoff. The texture you taste came together in the last hour, and your guests can watch it happen.
Family-run accountability
The Carrs answer the phone, run the booking, build your menu, and work the event. When something needs a decision, the owner is already there — not on a different job, not unreachable, not someone else.
