What we serve
Hand-churned, hand-built, fresh on-site
Chocolate, vanilla, and swirl soft-serve churned on the truck. Specialty sundaes — Toasted Coconut, Cotton Candy, Oreo, Snickers, Fruity Pebbles. Mason-jar milkshakes including The Lucky Duck and our Pumphouse cold-brew shake. Floats, classic and specialty toppings, and shaved ice for guests who skip dairy.

A family business, one truck, ten years of practice
Don Carr churns every ice cream fresh at your event — no commissary, no pre-pack. Dorothy handles the bookings and venue logistics. Savannah runs the social side. Leah is behind the camera and apprenticing the trade.
We took over from the founding family in 2022 and kept what worked: a small operation, fresh ingredients, and a focus on doing one event at a time the right way.
